Abstract: The cultrual and creative industries between Mainland and Taiwan shows constantly the new trend of devlopemnt as the time goes. In spite of some differences in its concept, content, scope and development, the core of the understanding is basically consistent. And in recent years, the Mainland and Taiwan actively promote the development of the cultural and creative industries and they both tend to the win-win cooperation.
