Research on the Influence and Countermeasures of Brain Drain in General Colleges and Universities

  • 摘要: 一般普通高校由于高级职称岗位数量紧张、人才待遇存在差距、人才服务保障机制不健全等导致人才流失。应通过实施校内聘任高级专业技术职务制度、加大对教学和科研工作的奖励、健全人才服务保障制度等措施, 防止人才流失。

     

    Abstract: Brain drain in general colleges and universities are caused by the shortage of senior title posts, the gap of treatment and the lack of talent service guarantee mechanism and so on.In prevention of brain drain, colleges and universities should establish senior professional and technical position recruitment system, increase reward on teaching and research work, improve the personnel service system and other measures.
