Abstract: As to the risk control in state-owned enterprises, there exist many issues in the process of implementation and promotion. In order to implement effectively the risk control system, state-owned enterprises are supposed to find correctly the management function of risk control, deal with the relationship between the risk control and business development as well as that between the risk control and internal control, set up the consciousness of risk control, establish the organizational structure of risk control and risk argumentation mechanism, promote the risk assessment mechanism and guarantee the serious risk in the situation of being controllable and being controlled.
