摘要: 三人制篮球竞赛易于开展, 技战术要求简单, 运动负荷适中, 比赛规则灵活。这种运动逐渐成为一项独立的竞技运动项目, 成为大众健身的主流项目。

Abstract: Three-person basketball game is easier to carry out, with simple skills and tactics, moderate amount of exercise, and flexible rules, which gradually becomes an independent competitive sport and popular bodybuilding activity.
