Abstract: The establishment and development of advanced cultural concept in hospitals is of great importance to setting up good image, enhancing the capabilties of gathering strength and promoting the healthy and sustainable development. More attention should be paid to such aspects as the ideological recognition and gathering strength, organizational leadership and scientific management, rejuvenation of medical service through science and technology, pursuit of excellence and service first, and advocation of people-oriented and efficient medical service in harmonious environemnt in order to build up the characteristic culture in the ideology, management, science and technolgy, serivce and honesty.
