Probe into the Educational Practice of Graduate Degree with Full-time Professional Education

  • 摘要: 当前全日制专业学位研究生教育存在生源质量不高、培养机制不健全等问题。高校应通过优化资源配置, 建立质量导向的招生选拔激励机制;突出实践特点, 构建有针对性的专业学位教学体系;通过多种方式, 优化全日制专业学位研究生的师资队伍;完善制度保障, 提高人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: At present, there exist problems in full-time graduate degree education, such as low quality of students' source, and imperfect cultivation mechanism.University should optimize resources allocation, establish quality-orientation incentive mechanism to enroll students, attach importance to practice, construct teaching system for graduate degree, through all kinds of methods to optimize teaching staffs, and perfect system guarantee to promote talents cultivation quality.
