Abstract: The core of ideological and political construction in coursesis to give full play to the educational function of each course.Comprehensively improving teachers' ability of constructing ideological and political education in colleges is of great significance tofurther promote the ideological and political construction of college curriculum.At present, there are still some problems in the ability of constructing ideological and political education of college teachers, including some teachers' weak consciousness of implementing ideological and political construction in courses, some teachers' weak understanding of ideological and political construction in courses, and some teachers' insufficient ability to integrate professional teaching with the constructionof ideological and political education.Colleges should strengthen teachers' value recognition of ideological and political education, enhance teachers' ability to implement ideological and political education, and improve teachers' incentive mechanism of ideological and political education, so as to comprehensively improve teachers' ability of constructing ideological and political education and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education construction.
