Abstract: Nowadays, network has become an emerging form of media, and network public opinion is increasingly permeating into and influencing the judicial field. Correctly dealing with the relationship between network public opinion and judicial justice and achieving the benign interaction between the two in the democratic society governed by law is of great significance. On the basis of accurately positioning the concept and characteristics of network public opinion and judicial justice, it is necessary to fully understand the positive and negative effects of network public opinion on judicial justice, give play to the role of network public opinion in supervising the administration of justice, correctly guide the network public opinion and fully achieve judicial justice based on public opinion on the network.
