Abstract: The children's songs in Southern Fujian Dialect plays a very important role in promoting the inheritance and protection of Minnan culture. The use of data about government policy, enterprise economy, cultural festivals, and environmental climate under the Internet Big Data for "agenda setting" is conducive to the protection and inheritance of children's songs in Southern Fujian dialect.
