Abstract: The ancient Chinese education theory contains numerous thoughts, showing the democratic relationship between teachers and students. Such as the concept of equality between teachers and students, mutual benefit from teaching, work ethic for teachers, etc. Those thoughts are crucially revealing for building harmonious relationship between teachers and students in modern era.
