Abstract: It is necessary to carry out the study of life education in college students from the perspective of psychological observation for meeting the needs of social development and to promote the development of college students' physical and mental health. Life is the starting point of all education and responsibility. Only with a correct understanding of life itself, it is possible to further arouse people's life awareness, so as to cherish and appreciate their own lives, and then care and respect for the lives of others.
