Analysis of Legal Safeguard Means of Comprehensively Deepening the Reform Power Theory

摘要: 全面深化改革动力论由主体性、客体性与环境性动力系统三大板块构成。三种动力系统对于实现中国梦具有极强的精神动员价值。法治对三种动力系统的保障作用相当明显，但割裂法制与法治的辩证关系会对三种动力系统功能的发挥产生消极影响。需要从法制与法治相契合的角度发挥法治对三种动力系统的保障作用。

Abstract: Comprehensively deepening the reform power theory involves subjectivity, objectivity, and environment power systems, which are of great spiritual value in realizing China dream. Rule of law can obviously safeguard the three power systems, while the alienation of dialectical relationship between legal institution and rule of law will exert negative influence on the three power systems. We should give full play to safeguard function of the rule of law from the perspective of the agreement of legal institution with rule of law.
